  • Stripe/PayPal (secure payment processing)

Each has its own privacy policy which governs how they manage your data.

6. Recordings & AI Note-Taking in Sessions

To honor the depth and accuracy of our work together, some remote sessions may be:

  • Recorded (with your knowledge and consent) for Mika's personal reference, integration support, or follow-up materials
  • Transcribed or summarized using AI-based tools (such as voice-to-text or digital assistants)

These tools are used solely for internal purposes to support your process and ensure your transformation is held with care and precision.

You will always be informed in advance if a session will be recorded or transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are never shared externally without your explicit written consent. You may opt out of recording or note-taking at any time by simply informing Mika before or during the session.

We honor your trust. Your voice and presence will never be used beyond this sacred space without your permission.

7. Practitioner Collective & Session Preparation

If you engage in offerings or sessions facilitated by other members of the House of Remembering Practitioner Collective, relevant information may be shared with those practitioners to prepare for your experience with care and continuity.

This may include:

  • Your application or intake form
  • Session notes or reflections (if relevant to ongoing support)
  • Energetic insights or preferences you've expressed

We only share information necessary to support your experience.

All collective members are bound to the same privacy and confidentiality standards as Mika. You will be informed if another practitioner will be involved in your care. No information is shared outside the House of Remembering Collective without your explicit consent.

8. Confidentiality in Sessions & Containers

Everything shared in private sessions, group containers, or ceremonial spaces — including applications, personal reflections, or energetic processes — is held in strict confidence.

We will never share your words, images, or experiences with third parties unless:

  • You have given explicit written consent (such as permission to use a testimonial or share a quote)
  • We are legally required to disclose (very rare, and only for safety-related reasons)

Your truth is sacred. This is a safe and sovereign space.

9. Event Photography & Consent

By attending a House of Remembering event, ceremony, retreat, or in-person gathering, you acknowledge that group photos and video may be taken and used for social media, marketing, or archival purposes.

If you do not wish your image or likeness to be used, please inform us before or during the event and we will respectfully accommodate your request.

Your energetic and visual privacy matter to us.
